Known issue: Premier ESS 12.1 - Employees unable to log into ESS website

Thank you for providing continuous updates relating to issues with the latest releases for Payroll & ESS.

However, we installed Release 6.0a (version posted on the 13th March) as well as ESS12.1 without having any issues.

Both payroll and ESS are healthy and in good working order.

Does this mean we do not need to follow the advise provided in the latest post relating to the ESS issue - ie having to take ESS offline and then wait to re-install an updated version?

Kindly advise?

    Hi Jacki, thank you for your post.

    If you do not experience any issue, you do not need to go offline at this point in time, and can continue to use ESS. We however would strongly suggest that you install the new version, once released, to prevent possible issues in the future.

    We have confirmed that the development team is doing final testing on the Premier ESS software which will be available later today (17/03/2023).
