Importing batches previously was almost instantaneous (at most 1-2 seconds) regardless of number of lines in batch.
Now small batches (15 lines) take about 10 seconds, and bigger batches (100 lines) takes about a minute.
Anyone else notice this?

I feel in total the whole VIP is much slower that what it use to be.
I have also queried the fact that VIP is so slow now, but no proper answer has been given.

In all my years of using VIP I have never had so much problems with an update like I am having now with the latest update???? why cant Sage VIP help?? I have had a consultant fix my problem just to log back into VIP again and experience the same problem??
Yep, this update is pretty bad from the complaints here and a sister company (they also had the log in issue).
Thankfully (touch wood), I have spared from the log-in issue as I run VIP directly on a laptop and not from a server or network/external storage.
One year on, and this issue has not been resolved...
Hello Akash21,
We can ask the Customer Support team to reach out again. I noticed that your system is installed on a local c:\ drive, thus the expectation is fast imports of data.
Will you be so kind to submit the details to the Customer Support team to follow up?
