Have you got  solution for this yet?

Liesl Hirst I managed to get in touch with the SARS webmaster and the e@syfile support team.  The only solution is to do the manual EMP501 option to double check if it balances but if you need to add ETI you will need to accept the SARS values and ignore the payments column showing a difference.  I have pasted the conversation below.

Yes I have and I made a note where you must say why it is nor balancing that the penalty and the interest have been included for which months with the amount
