ETI report


Good morning,

We are on VIP classic.  How do I print a ETI report for a SARS EMP501 verification? The ETI history report is blank but we did a take on..

    If you are printing the ETI Data Extract under Audit Reports, it could indicate the Excel template needs to be updated.

    We have added an updated template to the Sage Portal, that will populate the data as expected.

    • Go to and log in with your credentials
    • Select Product Updates > Sage VIP Classic
    • Click on the version of the payroll you are running the report from
    • Locate the patch file containing Audit Reports - ETI Data Extract and download the file to your computer
    • Extract the contents of the .ZIP file to your payroll file, overwriting the existing file - the template will be replaced in your Advisor folder
