Please may you assist as to how to retrieve a password. I need to access an archived payroll, but cannot remember the company password.

    Hi Angelique, 

    For assistance with passwords for archived payroll, you will need to be assisted by the Customer Support Team.

    • Access the payroll
    • Click on Sup Help icon

          

    • In the 'Letters' section, generate the VIPSD Letter
    • Complete the necessary details and submit to the Customer Support team, who will review your request and will be in contact with your to assist (Submit case online)
