For assistance with passwords for archived payroll, you will need to be assisted by the Customer Support Team.

• Access the payroll
• Click on Sup Help icon

• In the 'Letters' section, generate the VIPSD Letter
• Complete the necessary details and submit to the Customer Support team, who will review your request and will be in contact with your to assist (Submit case online)
