We get the following prompt on our workstations every time we try to run VIP after the upgrade.

Every time you log in, the system validates that Sage Connected Services and Sage VIP Runtime is locally installed (As the components are needed to run the application, and will install if not found).
Your User Account Control, is set to always ask you to proceed - you can turn of the notification (Never notify), you will then not receive this notification.
