Answer does not work!
If I uninstall Sage Connected Services I have to install SCS every time I open the system.
Some users do not have admin rights and thus cannot install SCS!
Pieter68 The administrator with full rights needs to be the one uninstalling and reinstalling the services before the payroll is ran again.
Restarting the server helps to take in the changes. Please contact Support if the issue still persists.

Good afternoon. I tried the suggested solution of doing a repair of VIP Runtime as Administrator. Tested and exporting of payslips to PDF coming up with same error. Uninstalled both VIP Runtime and Sage Connected Services and reinstalled both as Administrator. No change. Issue persists.
Hi Kobie,
Please get in touch with the Customer Support team - it seems as if even with a successful reinstall of the runtime, the file was not be replaced as expected (and an error was expected if we could not replace the files, which we assume did not appear).
The team will assist you to resolve this issue..
Thank you for the response Francois. The file exists in the location mentioned in the article.
Good day, was this matter resolved? I am having the same issue and I need to email the payslips urgently
Hi
I have not had any resolution.
I have switched to run the payslips directly from my server as there it still works.
Thank you Pieter. Unfortunately for me it is also not working on the server
