LINK HOURS FROM INCREASE SCREEN TO PRINT ON PAYSLIP

Some employees get hours on the hours screen en some have fixed salaries.

The employees with hours on hours screen are fine, as their hours print on payslips.

Is there a way to print the employees with no hours on hours screen, the hours on the increase screen as their normal hours?

    Thank you for contacting us on the Sage City forum. This information can be added onto the payslip, however it will display under the Additional Information section of the payslip. 

    Create a Calc Field Definitions line: 

    "Type of Calc" can be Calculate, however ensure there is no IRP5 code linked to the line. 

    Access the Methods of Calculation screen: 

    • Select Add
    • Select the Calc Field Definition line created
    • On the first line under Enter method of calculation, you may enter the code for the hours you want to link. 
    • HPM is for hours per period and HPD is for hours per day. 

    For example 

    Once setup, access the employees payslip screen and link them to the method but typing in "MC" in the route box. You can check if the hours pull through correctly onto the line, by typing in "XS" in the route box. The hours as per the Increase control screen will display on this new line. 

    To setup this information on the payslip itself, go to: 

    • Reports 
    • Payslip setup 
    • New/History payslip setup 
    • Select the Add info tab 
    • On the next available line, double click 
    • Select Calculation Fld > Fixed
    • Continue 
    • Choose the line you created
