What could be the reason for the difference on the "Number of employees" on the EEA2 and the EEA4 Workforce Profile reports?

I see that the difference is employees who was terminated in September 2023 not reflecting on the EEA4. I see that Sage sent out a notification regarding this January 2019, but the "Employment Equity Portal" doesn't allow me to change the "Number of Employees" on the EEA4? The EEA2 totals is reflecting on the EEA4.

Just to confirm, does the EEA2 Current Workforce + Terminations reflect as the same number of employees on your EEA4 on the EE Portal,?
As per the EEA4, only the employees from the EEA2 workforce should be included:

Hi Francois, on Sage VIP Premier the EEA2 and EEA4 differs. The EEA4 exclude September 2023 termination but on the Employment Equity Portal the totals of the EEA2 and the EEA4 is the same and this can't be changes on the Portal. The Portal includes the September 2023 terminations.
