When generating a report to ASCII or TXT format, only the data lines will be exported, and not the heading lines.

The one method used by customers is to setup a template file with the headers, and then export the report file to .TXT or CSV format.

You can then import the file using the steps on the following Microsoft article: 

• Import or export text (.txt or .csv) files

Another option is to use ODBC to extract data from your payroll.
