I have users working on a local desktop at the office and then also a Server 2022 RDP server when working from home or at other offices.
They are all reporting this same issue now.
On their local desktop they can work without issues,
On the RDP server when they try to work on historic date (backups of salaries of previous months) they get this error now
"invalid class string (exception from hresult: 0x800401f3 (co_e_classstring)) cobol error at 005e82 in vipsal.acu"
I have done all the steps in this thread except for reinstalling SAGE VIP Premier
We are running Premier 6.2a.
After adding the older runtime version (for v6.0a) the error went away on my admin account on the RDP server.
However, testing with the users the error now have changed to
*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
