I need some assistance. I made a copy of my SAGE VIP PREMIER on version 6.1b and then did the update when released.
The update notes says to also update the copy system made which I have done. However when I open the Copy Version it now says in system health - the red mark - All system folders present. How to I correct this?

Hi Sylvia,
When you access you Main screen , you can click on the Status Details icon in the Payroll and System Health Status section for more details:
This will indicate the details of which of the folders are missing.
If you have any folder missing, the Sage Customer Support team will be able to assist you with the required folder and contents.
