IMPORT 2010 AND 6010 ERROR

Question

I keep on receiving these errors on one of the companies I am doing. 
 However when I do the test run it gives the certificates for the employees and I checked that information under Employee Statutory Tab is not excluded. 
 Can someone advice me on this?

Hi Sylvia, 
 If you can provide the details of the full error, we can check on the knowledgebase for possible solutions. 
 2010 refers to the header line in the IRP5 file, where 6010 is the trailer record. 
 It might be that the .24 file which is created during the export process, is associated with another program on your computer, which might change the file itself. 
 The below article includes the source code 6010, not sure if it might resolve the query: 
 
 e@syFile error: "Trailer format failed - trailer record (6010) was not found"
