When I try to run the new payroll update 6.2a, I keep getting the following file error.
Please do advise what I need to do to get this resolved.

When you run the 6.2a installation, do not select to rebuild the files during the install process on the Additional Installation Actions selection:
You can still flag to make a Full System Backup, if you did not do a manual one before.
It seems that there is a mismatch between the runtime and program file, which will be resolved one your installation runs through successfully.
Please let us know if this solution solved your error, and that you were able to update and perform a rebuild of your data under Support Help, once the update was completed, by verifying this answer.
