Hi,

I have signed up for the 2FA but want to confirm if this only relates to login to Sage City, or can this be used to login to the actual payroll itself (Sage Premier)?

    Hi Tracy,

    The 2-factor authentication (2FA) will only impact on the features utilising Sage ID for authentication.

    For Sage VIP users, this include Community Hub (to participate in forums), Knowledgebase (to be ale to use additional features), and Income Verification (uploading data to secure servers, during a Start of New Period, if you selected to participate).

    You payroll will still utilise the normal access control as setup, which will be Basic Access Control (in process to be discontinued), Advanced Access Control, or Global Access Control. These option do not not offer any multi-factor authentication methods.
