The error message indicates the file imported does not meet the file requirements - the files created from your payroll (the .24 file), is designed to align with the SARS specifications.

This may indicate that you are importing a different file, than the tax certificate file generated from your payroll.

We would recommend to recreate the import file (rename it to e.g. TESTRUN.24 or LIVERUN.24), and make sure when selecting the file, it is the correct file.
