Impossible to upload to Remote Data Access after update to 2020.2 (Sage50 CA Premium)

I updated our Sage 50 CA Premium to 2020.2 and cannot upload any of our companies to Remote Data Access - we get *Something went wrong* with *We were not able to connect this company to your Sage ID. Try connecting again later.*  I've had 3 tickets issued and processed to try to fix this, to no avail.  We cannot even get phone support anymore...  This is become damaging to our operations as we have users outside the office working on these files.  Can someone PLEASE contact me to solve this asap.  Thanks.

    Hi Bernard, I am also in exactly same situation for last one week and my daily data entries are increasing by the day, since my outside accountant is not able to access it from Cloud.  

    It is not expected that Sage CA should launch some updates without testing it on all possible scenarios and cause  users this much troubles.

    Please inform me if you find some solution or instructions on the matter.
