SYSTEM CRASH SAGE50 2023 ''LOOK UP INVOICE''

Hi, 

Since I have upgraded my sage 50 premium accounting (release 2023.0), every time I want to look up an invoice (in sales journal and in purchases journal), the system crashes and a pop up comes saying ''an unknown error has occured. To protect your company data, sage 50 will now shut down. Any unsaved date will be lost.'' It's starting to get quite annoying and I realise now how often I need to use that search!

Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix this problem?

    Thanks for checking back in here. Forwarded this thread onto the Sage 50 support team to inquire whether they had other steps to try. They are asking whether this occurs in the Sage 50 sample company and what Windows operating system you have Sage 50 version 2023 installed on.

    Happy to ask the team to reach out to you or have you already created a support ticket? If not, here’s where to Submit an Online Case. The team would run the Support utility tool to adjust the invoice tracking date, so it’s not blank, similar to the below.
