The Ship To area displays and prints on the invoice form that we're using, but it's the Quantum Edition and I know there are differences.

Which Version and Edition of Sage 50 are you using?

I add details like that in one of the address lines usually in the ship to side. I prefer the info to populate on the ship to line as you can modify if need be without having to open the clients details to make the change but you can always have that info on the sold to side... as long you do not need all the address lines you can enter what ever you wish. (there could be a problem if you have to mail the invoice, you might not want that info to show in the envelope's window.

If the license info never changes on different invoices, then I would suggest using one of the Additional Info fields on the customer ledger. The fields can be renamed using the icon on the toolbar and then using that name, you can add that Data Field when you customise the invoice in the forms designer. You can label it anything you want with a text field for the printed invoice.

Yes, you can add one of the Custom Fields in the customer's Additional Into tab, to the invoice (the various Editions of Sage may different numbers of 'Additional Info' fields.:

The Default invoice format would usually have all the 'Ship To' fields printing on it, unless they have been removed.  If this is an older form from a prior version of Sage 50, it might not work unless you update to the new forms that came with the current version.

So, if the Ship To fields aren't printing, it's either been changed, or it's broken.  They normally do print.
