How to cancel account or receive customer service

Can any help me with contact info or customer service support? I have been charged my full yearly amount for my service although I no longer am a bookkeeper and no longer have an office/computer to run the software which sadly happened suddenly. I have been trying to contact anyone who can aid in this but my sales rep has not contacted me since she learned I am no longer needin sage software and has not aided in cancelling anything. I am being charged for a service I can not use and don't need and I was charged over a week before my renewal was due and apparently they do not accept cancellations even if it is before the renewal date. Imagine if your car insurance was almost expired, and a week before your car got stolen but your insurance company charged you anyways. Seems fraudulent not to mention no one has called to notify you. Any advice or thoughts would be great as sage is not assisting in this.

    Please I have a similar situation and need help. I bought sage 50 Canadian Edition 2 user last year, but as my organization is growing we decided not to for another software that has multiple user and never activated the sage 50. I also put a call through to the sage team notifying them that I was not using the product and that I do not want it renewed. Despite all this, my account was charged and I have made calls and sent emails to the account rep and he claims it is only customer service that can resolve it. But each time I call and the call transferred to the so called customer service line the phone hangs up. Grateful if someone can help direct me to the appropriate team that will process the refund.
