I have that problem too.  I go into sage and some of the columns are gone.  The are right beside each other so you can't see them.

In the Create Sales or Client Invoice screen go to the View menu and select Restore Window. The screen will now show all of the columns needed to entry your information. If you want to remove some columns because you are using them go to the View menu and select Customize Journal, Columns and tick which columns you do not want to show on your screen. Once done click OK.
