recaptcha issues when trying to access client data on sage drive

I am having a heck of a time logging into Sage Drive to access my clients data that is on the cloud. At times I have had to do over 50 recaptcha pictures only to end up getting locked out completely - other times I don't get a recaptcha at all - anyone else experiencing this problem - I have spent upwards of 20-30 minutes trying to log in.

Hello @ClaudetteM,

Thank you for reaching out! It's likely that you are using Internet Explorer behind the scenes to connect to Sage Drive. You could try the following:

Reset Internet Explorer settings:

Go to Control Panel, Internet options, Advanced tab.
Click the Reset button in the Reset Internet Explorer settings.
Click OK.
Launch Sage and select File, Sage One, Set Up Connection, and sign in with Sage ID.
