Simply Accounting 2020

Question

I have downloaded the new 2020 version and every time I attempt to print an invoice or financial report, Simply Accounting crashes and closes... EVERY TIME... 
 
 Anyone else having an issue with the latest update? if not, who I can chat to about this? I have had my IT people working on this for approx. 2 hours, it would appear to be a Simply issue

Hello , Thanks for you post. It appears that recent Microsoft updates may have caused various error messages when trying to print within Sage 50 CA as well as other applications. Microsoft is currently working to correct these issues through future Windows updates. Any further information specific to the Sage 50 application will be communicated as soon as possible.
