Yes.  However a directly upgrade from Sage 50 2013 to 2020 is not possible.  You must install the trial version of Sage 50 2015 first.  Upgrade to 2015 and then upgrade that file to 2020.

Make sure you have a backup of your file before you start to upgrade.
