Going Paperless with Sage50 Premium

As a company, we are looking to go paperless. We currently use Sage50 Premium and manually enter all invoices. We need several approvals from different people for each invoice. As well, we need two approvals for each payment that is made. What are the best options for going paperless with Sage50? Most cost-effective? Thanks.

    Sage Approvals

    New to the Office 365 integration (as of Sage 50 CA version 2019*), Sage Approvals let's business owners take control of transactions that flow from  the Sage Capture mobile app into Sage 50.

     

    Specific users can be set as reviewers. These users will have the ability to either review transactions entered by others into the Sage Capture app to either add the transactions to your Sage 50 cloud company data or easily return them to the Sage Capture user when more information  is needed.
