So our company recently set up a new webmail account for sending invoices and such, but when setting up the email settings, there was no option to set the display name. When we send email directly from the email account, the receiver sees that the email is from "Company Name". However, when sending an invoice from Sage 50, the email is received and displays that it is sent from "accounting". Our email address looks like [email protected], and we would much rather have our company name come up in people's inboxes instead of simply just "accounting". Is there any way to change how the name is displayed? I'm a little disappointed with the lack of settings when it comes to email...
