I'm trying to register my new version of Sage 50 Pro and when I go to the Customer Portal (https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/) and login, I just get a blank page and/or an error. Is it just me or is everyone experiencing this?

Thanks for reaching out. Believe I located account ending 400xxxx788 wit h the email tied to your Sage City profile. Looks like the username [email protected] is missing access to Sage 50 CA resources. Just waiting on IT who is troubleshooting the issue. Will update you with any news. Alternatively, you can also reach the team by emailing [email protected].

Update that IT found that www.sagekb.com access for login's not tied to an active subscription is not possible. You can however still access downloads and resources by NOT logging in... as Sage 50 resources are still not gated.
I've sent you an email from [email protected] with more details. Your login is fixed up and we've advised on how to access your product codes via the Customer Portal.
