Thanks for your question. The Managment Centre has gone away in version 2020.2. User management is now integrated. Enabling users in multi-user mode to see who else is connected to their company data when working remotely among colleagues with Premium or Quantum licenses.

now allows you and your accountant, bookkeeper or co-workers to access real-time data and work simultaneously within Sage 50 from any location. Watch this short “Multi-User Remote Data Access ” video below to discover new ways to collaborate.

Hi, so to confirm there is no more "master file" (Management Centre) where all companies and all users can be administered from. Now this function must be performed individually in each individual Sage50 company/file. The reason I ask is because my client has eleven separate files with various users and various access rights. So this means the client must re-do all of these and then going forward each year, when board members change, they will have to repeat the process. 

Hi Jay, my colleague Denesh will be reaching out to you today and confirmed that there is no web base management center anymore. You can only see what is on the cloud by connecting to a company file on the Welcome screen. All user administration will be done on a file per file basis in 2020.2. 

Restoring a 2020.1 version would allow you to use the old system. Dianne Mueller presented all details about the Remote Access launch during her session on June 10th at the Sage Accountants Forum. The 52 minute recording can be accessed here. 

Hi, I spoke with Denesh and was extremely helpful. It took about 45 minutes but he was able to diagnose he issue and showed me how to roll out the fix to each of the remaining seven entities impacted by the legacy Sage Drive issue. I was able to apply the changes to all files except one file but I expect that was an issue of server load and I will try again later.
