I am looking for a solution for changing the email address that is associated with the sysadmin login. The email address is no longer current and the system will not let me change it.

In order to access the sysadmin password you must select Setup, Setup Users & Roles, enter your sysadmin password and Modify User.

Thank you for your response - I am actually looking to change the sysadmin email - I have just spoken with a Sage 50 representative and it looks like it can not be done unless the file is sent to Sage to be changed????
Did you look at the setup for users? There is an email box right in there like Agate suggested.
Are you talking about your Sage ID?
I am talking about the Sage ID for sysadmin - the email field is not available and the ? button says "Email is associated with Sage ID. You can not change it"
I have spoken with sage and the only way to change the sysadmin email is to send the file to them and they will try to change the email. This email was set up as part of the initial setup and can not be changed manually by the user. Thank you for the help
Could you also inform how to send this file to sage, I also have been waiting since long for a way to change present email connected with sysadmin.
I have not sent the file to Sage as we will leave the email address as is - you will have to contact them (Sage) directly for instructions on how this is to be done.
