When you select Setup, Reports & Forms, Sales Quotes, you will see the path to the Printer Form Settings or the Email Form Settings.

Likely when it was set up, it was done when you were at the office.  Because only the Sage 50 data file is moved over using Remote Access, the program cannot find the file in the path indicated because it is not on the computer you are on right now.

Copy the file to the same path on your current computer and you should be ok to print or email.
