I upgraded our account to have direct deposit and have been trying to call them for a solid 5 business days and there is just no way to get through to anyone. It won't even put me in a queue, it just tells you that the call volume is increased and tough call back later. It doesn't even offer to call you back!
I received ONE call back shortly after upgrading but work is busy and I was on the phone when they called and since then I have spent accumulatively 6 hours calling, trying to get through.
I'm pretty unhappy. I've called at different hours of the day hoping I could get through to someone and it is always the same message where they blow you off.
Please contact me ASAP as I want to get my new upgrade set up and working. This is getting ridiculous.
