Unfortunately, Sage 50 has made some standard income defaults and they cannot be turned off similar to the linked accounts.

Thank you, I recognize that.  I am okay with leaving those alone, I want to list the income types in the payroll module when creating cheques in an order that works for us, instead of scrolling by what we don't need.

You could use Sage's suggestion box, submit a product idea or change. I am not sure what kind of response you may get but the more suggestions the more chances of getting it changed.

Thank you, will do.  Still looking to see if anyone knows how to change the order of income types on the cheque stub.
