The 2015.3 installation files should upgrade you to your 2016 version. You must have your registration information for 2016 version.

Are you talking about the 2016 version or the 2014 version?

2014 Version

You stated  initially you wanted to move to your 2016 version which I am assuming you have registered for. If you want to upgrade to the 2016 version then use the free 2015.3 trial copy. If you want the 2014 version which Sage does not provide it anymore then we charge $75.00 plus taxes providing you have all the registration information. We provide this service because sage does not!
