Can a SysAdmin log off other users

SOLVED

Hi,

Can I force a log out of other people who are still logged into sage? I have a licence for only 2 people and now I have 2 people logged into the system. But also I can't even log in as a sysadmin because two people are logged in. I am going to go and purchase an extra licence. But why do we have a sysadmin if they enforce features?

Thanks in advance for you help

You can only use sysadmin to log out "phantom users".  These are users who have crashed for some reason and are still showing as logged in under File, Properties or File, View All Users.

To log users out, you have to go to their desks and shut down the program.

But why do we have a sysadmin if they enforce features?

sysadmin activates and controls availability of features, the program and the security that sysadmin sets up for individual users, enforces them.
