You can only use sysadmin to log out "phantom users".  These are users who have crashed for some reason and are still showing as logged in under File, Properties or File, View All Users.

To log users out, you have to go to their desks and shut down the program.

Thank you that is what we always have to do. These employees need to learn to log out. I am going to have to purchase another user because this happens I'm often.
