    Hi

Thanks for reaching out. Curious to know more about this issue, did you share a One Drive Sage 50 file backup with your bookkeeper and or are you using Remote Data Access to share the file? Believe I found your account ending 400xxxxx800 and so have forwarded this posts and asked Sage 50 CA's support management to review and follow up. Noticed that the last support ticket on the account was from Oct 28th, 2022 and about not being able to email from outlook possibly due to a virus?

    18008659408.

Does appear to be Microsoft's Commercial support hotline number. Have they been of assistance in cleaning up the machine? If not, then best to have an IT professional assist.

    Warm Regards,

The files are shared using remote data access.  Yes the last ticket was in October, did not take me as long to solve this time, but there are a lot of steps to perform before your email is turned back on. My domain is used to spam. The hacker is able to set rules in exchange. It may have something to do with the way the account is set up. I preferred not use the domain name that sage gave me which is very long. I purchased a domain from micro soft, maybe that is what is causing the problem. Any way that is for another day, my brain hurts. It was not a virus, Microsoft disabled my email account and there are a lot of hoops to jump through before they enable the account again. All is good for today, and if you know an IT firm who would help I would appreciate knowing who they are, I could not find one that is familiar with Sage 50 and Microsoft combined. Took hours to learn that.
