My SA freeze

When I try to see the GL on my SA, it freezes.  I upgraded to a newer version of SA about a week ago.   It is a reason?

It was working until yesterday.

Anyone knows how to fix it?

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? Are you a user of Sage 50 Canada or Sage Accounting (our 100% cloud-based software? This software doesn't require upgrading so if this is for Sage 50, then do all users experience the same issue? See solution 2 on this article (I'll paste the steps below as well).

    Solution 2:

    1. You have to be logged in as the sysadmin user
    2. If using the Premium or Quantum version, you have to be logged in single-user
    3. Click Setup, Set Up Users & Roles
    4. Select the affected user
    5. Click Remove User
    6. Recreate the user again
    7. Run Data base utilities over the file:
