Receipts App

Hi There,

I am wondering what is the best app for uploading smaller paper receipts (like gas, hardware stores, etc)? I have looked into the auto entry with Sage but didn't find it was what I needed.

I would prefer an app that my technicians could upload all receipts too and automatically be uploaded into Sage. We currently have about 27 employees and about 25 of them have company/service vehicles that can purchase gas sometimes up to twice a day, depending on the travel for the service call.

I currently have Sage 50, but am possibly upgrading to Sage Intacct.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. Checking with the Sage 50 Canada sales team on what process they can suggest based on other customer experience. AutoEntry from the training I've reviewed previously should allow for receipt capture on the go by multiple users. I've asked the team about this and whether they can provide you with the receipt capture procress for Sage Intacct.

Does the AutoEntry app work for Sage Intacct? we need to have a way for employees (who use company cards) to upload receipts for meals / auto etc

right now I'm having to manually drag + drop photos that they scan to me in bank transactions
