Remote Data Access

My remote data access does not seem to be working. I have been using my office computer for most of this year and I try hard not to bring home work. I have always had Sage installed in my home computer for just in case. Yesterday was the first time this year that I had to open my home computer for Sage. I updated it before trying to open my company. I was surprised because my companies last update in Remote Data is March 31, 2023. I do my books everyday. How do I resync it?

did you do the update as well? one way to double check is see if an entry you did recently is there or not.

It would appear that the office computer may not be sharing the file. On the office computer check to be sure the RDA cloud is showing Shared, beside the company name in the upper left corner. And Remote Data Access should be showing in the lower right corner as well. If it is check the last few entries to see if these are showing the last entries you made. If these indicators are not showing then you will have to re-share the file.

Everyone using Sage 50 with RDA should verify this connection every time they open a company file.

Thank you so much for the reply. I tried to play with it when I had to go to the office. I did something while looking if that office computer was the Sage Manager and it was not. Somehow I was able to resync it. I did something but I can't remember what I did lol.
