Hi there,  I'm new to the Community and and while reviewing some of the topics, saw your question. 

We started using APA last month and although we had some issues the first few days, I have to say we love it.  Currently we are only using the Invoice portion of APA but hope to move onto the other modules down the road.  We are using Sage 50 Cloud so our issues were caused mainly because we didn't realize there were some steps we needed to take when syncing APA with Sage.  Since these issues have been resolved, we find it easy to use and helps free up a lot of our time allowing us to have more time to focus on other tasks.
