I would say that this is almost definitely a scam. Contact Sage using their telephone number and talk with their customer service representatives. If you have a Service plan they should be able to help you.

I had a client complain about this recently.  He confirmed he Googled for the tech support phone number because he couldn't get into his company file.  I brought the icon on his desktop that links to techs support, to his attention.  The company he called has the same branding and logos on their website and comes first in a search.  The website does indicate it is not related to Sage but does use the current Sage logo.

I just Googled and the Sage website showed up third in the search, the other two were sponsored.
