Bank Matching not working

so I cannot import my bank transactions for my bank account anymore. it works with my credit card

suddenly there are two options for the bank account now since the 2024.0 update

one doesnt do anything, if I select the other bank account a warnign pops up that [user] is currently using account___ for matching transactions. you will not be able to match transactions until [user] has finished working. but I am the user and its been happening for days now, there is no other instance open. 

has anyone run into this problem?

    well this forum is little to no help, as my experience with sage in general has been. I can get it to work in single user mode but thats of little help as well as I need both users to be in it and im not doing all my transaction matching at night.

    Glad to hear you got the matching (sort of) working, and sorry to hear that it's now much less convenient for you.

    I would ask that you bear in mind that most of the answers on this forum are provided by ordinary users, donating some of our own time to help other users with issues we happen to know the answers for.  We do it to be helpful, and to keep abreast of current problems in the software.  Some problems are likely to be addressed quickly, but problems caused by a recent upgrade aren't going to be answered very quickly because it's going to take the rest of us users time to (a) encounter the problem ourselves and (b) hopefully find a solution.

    We just installed the 2024.1 update and are now having issues with Bank Matching. I reconnected the bank feeds but this did not resolve anything.

    I am hoping that Sage will have a fix for this soon.
