Thanks for reaching out. It’s important to note that our obsolescense policy (link below) has our teams only working and assisting with the 2024/2023 version that is tested and has updated resources.  

Available downloads for Sage 50 Canada can be found here but are limited to the supported version, you've done well by reaching out here on Community Hub though to see if a community member may assist with acquiring the 2020 version.
