To achieve this without customizing each form from scratch, you can simply go to the file location where your customized form is saved, make a copy of the file you wish to modify or duplicate, and then ensure that Sage 50 is set to use this form. This approach allows you to maintain the custom design across various forms.

However, it's important to note that when Sage 50 is updated, customized forms stored in the default folder might not be preserved. To avoid losing your custom forms after an update, copy the customized forms and paste them into a different folder on your local drive (e.g., C:\Sage or C:\Sage 50 Forms).
