Hello

I keep getting this banner when i go to send email invoices: "This release of Sage 50 will stop supporting Invoice Payments in 26 days. You must upgrade to the latest release to use this feature"

I go to the "help" menu, click on "Check for Product Update" and it tells me my product is up to date. Go to "Update your product" and enter in the key, it also shows no updates.

So how do i update this, and/or get rid of this banner?

Hi Wellington Heavy Haul,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on the information you have provided the issue is most likely that you have Sage 50 2024 installed but are still clicking on the old Sage 50 2023 icon.

If you look on your desktop you should have a second Sage 50 icon. If you left click on the icons, you should see one says 2023 and one says 2024. Open the one that says 2024 and you’ll be prompted to convert your company file when you open it. Once the file is open in Sage 50 2024, you will no longer get that message and you’ll open the file with the new 2024 icon going forward. If anyone else works in the file, they’ll need to access it from Sage 50 2024 going forward as well.
