How can I delete my entry in general journal which I create and posted it

 In Sage 50, direct deletion of transactions (such as journal entries) is not possible to ensure the integrity of the financial records and maintain an audit trail. However, you can reverse a posted transaction, which effectively negates its financial impact and removes it from affecting your account balances. Here&rsquo;s how you can do it: 
 
 Locate and Open the Transaction : Navigate to the general journal entry you wish to reverse. 
 Reverse the Entry : Once you've opened the transaction, click on &ldquo;Entry&rdquo; and then select the &ldquo;Reverse Entry&rdquo; button on the toolbar. This action will create a reverse transaction that offsets the original entry. 
 Confirmation : After reversing the entry, verify that it no longer affects your account balances. The reversed transaction will preserve an audit trail by showing both the original and the reversed entries. 
 
 Remember, every posted transaction in Sage 50 has a &ldquo;reverse transaction&rdquo; button, which will appear once the transaction is posted. This ensures that you can always reverse a transaction if needed while keeping a complete audit trail.
