It is possible to import transactions into Sage 50. However, we don't keep a list of 3rd party software that exports transactions in the correct format to import them into Sage 50. We would recommend you contact the company that makes the 3rd party software you are using and see what options exist for exporting the information. Hopefully they have the functionality you are looking for built in. If they do not, it can be very difficult to make changes to exported information to make it importable into Sage 50. You can find the import formats on our knowledgebase or in our in product help.

Thanks Chris. Any idea if I can do it by dumping my POS data into an excel spreadsheet and then uploading that into Sage 50?

It is possible, but it isn't easy. Usually you are better off manually entering the transactions in Sage 50 rather than manually fixing the formating to match our import format in Excel. Here is the link to our knowledgebase article about .imp transaction imports.
