I am trying to sync Sage 50 2013 with Outlook 2013. When I open Outlook I receive an error message that "the parameter is incorrect" - referring to the Sage 50 Add-in. I ran and installed the Sage 50 Add-in for Outlook after downloading and installing Outlook and the custom Add-in toolbar is visible in Outlook. However, there is no data file that Outlook is drawing from therefore none of the customer information is linking to the Outlook address book/contacts list. I did make sure to select the "synchronize with Microsoft Outlook" check box under the Options tab of a number of customers so I know there is data to sync. No discussions I've found clarify this issue for me. Please let me know how this can be resolved.
