Error Message when printing reports

I have a error message when trying to printing some reports, it reads Your accountants are not in logical order the reason is that there is a missing group after account 5810.  Until this issue is resolve you cannot open some of you reports.  I am not sure how to fix it any suggestion?

"Your accountants are not in logical order "  Well, that may be so, but they're probably nice people.

Actually it says 'Accounts', what it means is that the account type for 5210 doesn't work with the account types immediately before or after it.

In the 'Company' tab, open the Chart of Accounts.

Each group starts with an 'H', (header) account, and can have G, A, or S accounts, then a 'T' (total) account before another 'H'.

Each 'G' can be followed by another 'G', an 'A' or  a 'T', never an 'S'.

An 'A' (Subgroup account) can be followed by another 'A', or Subtotaled with an 'S'.

An 'S' (Subtotal) can be followed by an 'A', 'G', or 'T'.

I hope that helps, please post back, and tag any answers that you find helpful.

If you're stuck, please post back with the account types for the accounts before, and after account 5810.

Thank you RandyW looking at the accounts I notice the account before is 5805 interest on long term loan then 5810 interest on loan for down payment, they both are followed with a "G" there is nothing else after that.

That's the problem - there is nothing else after that. You need a T account to Total all the Group Accounts.
