You can check the price of cheques and EFT here.

http://na.sage.com/ca/sage-50-accounting/add-ons   under "Cheques and forms" for cheque price  and Additional add-on services for EFT price

For EFT , you also need to setup with the bank too, so you might have a bank fee, once you have all the numbers, I guess you can compare cost of each cheque and compare with price EFT + bank fee, see if it is worth to switch.   

Time can play in as a factor too.
