Is there any hidden reasons why I shouldn't buy Sage 50 Cnd at Staples

One of my clients is due for upgrade (always have bought on line) but Staples is running a sale on Sage, and the price is over $200.00 cheaper at Staples.  Was wondering if there is a catch, ie, won't update the existing program, or if not, won't restore from back up, so he has all his history.  Or will Sage price match, if we send them the link to Staples.  

Anyone with experience with this?

    I'm currently doing this, but can't register the new product because their Customer Portal Website doesn't work. I still have 4 days on my active support subscription. its interesting that the support phone wants your ID or phone number on file before you can get connected to a person. Had I purchased after my existing software expired, I might not have got past the Level one and passed on to Level 2, Where I'm still on hold...going on 1.5 hours.

    Hey ,

    Update that I just emailed you regarding your account. I see that support added your new serial number. Look for an email from me. You should be ok to use the codes as mentioned. Please email back if after the 24th of Jan (when your current Sage Business Care plan expires) you're blocked from access your program. Think I added the lience entitlement well but usually we add it after plan expiry. Notes are on your account under Service Request#9002210276.
